Modular Solutions, Inc., is a family owned company founded in 2001.  We offer manufactured homes by Champion and custom off frame modulars by Champion and Excel.  We also offer commercial modular units for all applications including but not limited to;  churches, schools, office building, etc.  

 

Our Model Home Center in Kinston, NC, is the heart of the operation offering affordable housing throughout Eastern NC.  We have land available for those who need it, we have a land locator service available free of charge and we offer nearly unlimited customization of our off frame modulars so much so that if you can dream it we can build it.
